Eco-Fueler

Manufactured from October 2006 in Oregon (USA) the American Roadster built by Eco-Fueler is an alternative fuel vehicle that is powered by compressed natural gas.  The engine is a CNG in-line 3 cylinder engine designed for Eco-Fueler.  With an output of 100 horsepower it is able to achieve 70 mpg whilst providing a top speed of 120mph and 0-60 in 7 seconds.  The three-seater body is made from plastic and fibreglass attached to a tubular steel frame. The American Roadster has a removable convertible hardtop.

The vehicle is currently in production.
