First manufactured in 2007 in Canada, the Cirbin V-13R is a Hot-Rod style 3-wheeler powered by a Harley-Davidson Liquid-Cooled Revolution 60° V-Twin engine (1,250cc) giving the vehicle 125 HP.

The chassis is is made from tubular steel with fibreglass body panels giving the V-13R a weight of 1,050lbs (475kg).

The V-13R is currently in production.
