My thanks go to Chuck Koch for these two mysterious pictures. Chuck writes: ... I picked up this one some time back and like the Laher don't know who made this ether. This one is 24 Volt DC using a motor built by New York Electric Motor formally of Rochester NY USA. Does any one know what this small electric car is?
