All Car

The Charly (also called Snuggy) was an Italian car sold in France at the end of the 1970's. Made by All Car, the vehicle was powered by a 50cc Morini engine with 4 speeds. The body of the Charly was made from, fiberglass and unusually all vehicles were equipped with right hand drive.
